We all want to be heard. We want our opinions to be known, even if we don't want to share the stories that form them.
Each person is so complicated... has gone through so much...
It's important to remember that experiences are relative also. If something seems "easy" and "not a big deal" for you, there is no guarantee that is the case for someone else.
All vague statements, I know.
Drama is unavoidable, how you react is entirely on you.

To give your all to something- there’s a certain realness that comes from it. Fear of failure and fear of finding out your weaknesses will keep you from it. A silly example is not taking competitive games seriously.

Continue to tell yourself that all while feeling the sadness that comes from never trying.
On a similar note:
Flex memorizing the discoveries of others? The achievements of others? I mean, what is there to gain other than the disdain of others? (even if they were your achievements this would hold true)

It's pathetic.
People project other opinions than their own out into the world.
Rally behind flawed causes, because they feel the need to identify with a certain group.
